If you would like to submit an article for our Newsletter, you can email your contributions to our Editor, Leanne, at newsletter@benmillsonline.co.uk.
Click the "Freedom" flyer image to download and print, then send us your fun and interesting pictures for the "Ben's Bits - Home & Away" section of our newsletter.
The full sized image will print well at A4, but you can print them smaller than that if you prefer. They can also be printed in black & white. So long as we can tell that the flyer in your photographs is the "Freedom" one, the print quality doesn't matter.
If we publish your picture, your name will be entered into a FREE PRIZE DRAW at the end of the year, giving you the chance to win a BenMillsOnline Goodie Bag.
